Our Business Model 

Heisler, Feldman, & Ordorica, P.C. prioritizes low- to moderate-income clients. To that end, we do not accept any advance fees from our clients, and we advance all expenses of litigation. We are paid only if our client wins, whether by settlement or after a trial. This is possible because we bring claims under “fee-shifting” statutes, which are laws that require the defendant to pay the plaintiff’s attorney’s fees and costs if the plaintiff wins. We have adopted this model for payment because it allows us to provide affordable legal services to low-income clients.
